uding group, BISS and BISA winners under the Tai Yang prefix. Janet soon became enamored by other breeds - especially the Oriental toy breeds, and in particular Pekingese. She enjoyed breeding (under the Sing Lee kennel name) and/or exhibiting not only Pekingese and Chow Chows, but Japanese Chins, Yorkshire Terriers, Pugs, Pomeranians, Shih Tzu, Papillons (and various other Toy and Non Sporting breeds). She owner/ handled ten all breed BIS winning Pekingese- and many other specialty and group winners. Ch. Raffles Jubilation Sing Lee (1984) and Ch. Windermere's Gold Fever Sing Lee (1985) won the Pekingese Club of America shows. In addition she exhibited two national specialty winning Japanese Chins. She also owned and exhibited a beautiful BIS winning Vin Melca Elkhound bitch.

Janet has been judging since 1990 and is currently approved for the Toy and Non Sporting breeds and Best in Show. She has awarded Pekingese CCs in England and Australia and Poodle CCs in Austra
