　　When it comes to celebrity dog-parenting skills, Oprah Winfreyistops and Britney Spears is the worlds worst, according toanonline vote by readers of two dog magazines.

　　Britney was the overwhelming choice for worst celebritydogowner for 2006, Hilary OHagan, editor of The New York Dog andTheHollywood Dog magazines, said in a statement.

　　She once had three Chihuahuas ... and never center home withoutatleast one of them on her arm, OHagan said. As soon as shemetK-Fed and had kids they (the dogs) disappeared.

　　Paris Hilton, 2005s worst winner, placed second fortreatingher dogs like accessories, the magazines said.

　　Winfrey, who owns five dogs, was voted this years bestcelebritydog owner. The talk-show host replaced 2005 winner JossStone, andbeat off competition from Tori Spelling, NicolletteSheridan andBeth Ostrosky, Howard Sterns girlfriend.

　　Voting took place online over a three-month period.Resultswerent scientifically representative of the magazinesreaders,and the total number of votes wont be released, OHagansaidMonday.
